Welcome to Minty's Candies & Treats! We are lifelong residents of the Norwich area who over the last several years have shown our commitment to our neighborhood through our volunteer participation in many ongoing community events. Mindy holds a full-time position as an office manager as well as organizing many local events. Tracy retired in May of 2018 from his position as Fire Chief/Paramedic for the City of Norwich. We hope you will take some time out of your busy schedules to stop in and see what we have to offer!
